What were the key challenges that you had that led you to partnering with Reward Gateway?
"We had no single platform or ability to recognise our people, and we also had limited benefits, offerings. So we felt that Reward Gateway offered a really great comprehensive solution in terms of the three-pronged platform to offer recognition, benefits and wellness."
How has having that three-pronged platform streamlined processes and improved employee experience?
"We've had really great feedback. There's been an amazing amount of savings by our employees in terms of the benefits and discounts offered. We have really great peer-to-peer recognition, which is improving engagement. And, yeah, we've just been really happy with the way that it's performed."
What value does your platform bring to your people?
"It's quantifiable in terms of the amount that they save. In a really tough economic environment, it's really important that we're able to offer something that is above and beyond what normal employees are available to have. And, yeah, it's really that peer-to-peer recognition, the timeliness of it, and we're able to incorporate some of the existing schemes and parts of the business into that to really promote and enhance the recognition side of it."
What's your one piece of advice for employee engagement to other organisations?
"Think about Reward Gateway, it's a great solution. It's really all there for you. The team are fantastic to work with in terms of how you implement it. So, yeah, your only limitation is really, what you're able to do and and how much money you can put into it."

"Yeah, I'd one hundred percent recommend Reward Gateway. They've been fantastic to work with. From go to woah, the support's always there ongoing, and really timely, easy for employees to use. So, yeah, definitely."
