How to build the business case for Appreciation
If you’re already part of the movement behind the Power of Appreciation, you’ll know that when people are appreciated and valued for who they are in the workplace, they are 43% more effective. You might also be aware of the Appreciation Gap and how many UK organisations are failing to see that appreciating your people on a deeper level often translates to improved retention, higher levels of productivity, and even a 5-7% increase in business performance.
This should be the silver bullet we need, but unfortunately there isn’t one. HR are expected to put a case to leadership of why we do what we do, complete with the data and evidence needed to drive buy-in for our employee engagement programmes.
Fortunately, our upcoming webinar will be taking a closer look at the Appreciation Gap and offering a practical step-by-step walkthrough of how to build the perfect business case and present a data-backed picture of the potential of your programme in driving people and business growth.
Join Chris Britton, our People Experience Director, and Christina Kelly, our Reward Manager, on Thursday 18th July at 1pm BST, as they build out the business case you need to secure buy-in from your stakeholders for your planned and future initiatives.
In this webinar, you’ll discover:
- What Appreciation means and how it can power the growth of both your people and organisation
- The current opportunities that organisations are overlooking and the tangible cost of blind spots and failure to act
- How to build a data-backed case for your appreciation initiatives to present to key decision makers - complete with a downloadable Business Case Blueprint
- An exploration of our latest publication, Minding the Appreciation Gap.
