"Our expectations for the success of the STaR benefits platform have all been exceeded, with 90% active users and our employees spending more than £7m spent through our retail discounts programme, saving them £451,000 in the last 12 months. In its first year, our employees have more than doubled their savings, with groceries and other basic home retailers being our top category, really showing how our employees have adopted this new benefit to go alongside their weekly spending habits."
