How we helped

Working with Reward Gateway, Crosby Composites put an engagement platform in place that gives employees access to retail discounts, an employee recognition program to send peer-to-peer eCards, company news, a blog dedicated to new starters at the organisation and are continually evolving the platform to host more for their employees. Because 60% of Crosby's workforce is offline, or don't even have a work email address, the organisation worked with Reward Gateway to develop flyers that were stapled to payslips and on-site posters to further showcase the new benefits and communications initiatives. The company also hosted a road show to introduce employees to the new platform.

What they achieved

Crosby Composites' dedicated platform, Crosby Rewards, hosts benefits, communications and recognition, and the team works with Reward Gateway to continually freshen up the platform's look and feel to boost employee engagement. Since the platform's implementation, the company has seen an increased number of applicants to job advertisements and a rise in retention rates by 10% since the end of 2016. The organisation has also enjoyed an improved rating on Glassdoor by 1.5 stars.
