Kylie Green
As Reward Gateway's Managing Director, APAC, Kylie Green is responsible for the Australia and New Zealand markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams. She is passionate about working with organisations to better connect and engage with their people. With 20 years experience in partnering with companies on their engagement strategies, she helps strengthen the connection between Reward Gateway’s teams and how they solve local market challenges.
Chloe Thompson
Chloe is the Head of Global Content Strategy and Thought Leadership at Reward Gateway. She has a strong penchant for great food, better wine (especially if it sits alongside a cheese plate) and dancing around her kitchen to musical theatre tunes.
Liv Hyde
Liv is the mastermind behind our Cycle to Work programme. An RG veteran, she moved into the London-based role after spending years in Sydney as the Head of Implementation. True to her new(er) role, she is an avid cyclist!
Chloe Thompson
Chloe is the Head of Global Content Strategy and Thought Leadership at Reward Gateway. She has a strong penchant for great food, better wine (especially if it sits alongside a cheese plate) and dancing around her kitchen to musical theatre tunes.
Rob Marsh
Rob Marsh is RG's Community Innovation Lead. He spends his days thinking about how to enhance employers' approaches to Corporate Social Responsibility, whether that's through leading volunteering initiatives or working with not-for-profits to launch their own employee engagement strategies and playing with his two cats, Taco and Iggy.
Chloe Stewart
Chloe is Head of our UK SMB Client Success department, helping to drive the success of our client relationships. Outside of RG, Chloe is happiest when tucking into a charcuterie board with friends... usually alongside wine and a series of board games.
Glenn Willshire
Glenn is one of our Client Success Managers. When he's not engaging clients on their programme strategy, he focusses on broadening his range of accents to entertain Elliott, his son. Elliott's favourite: Action hero, Steven Seagull!
Megan Wiseman
As the Head of Client Success for our Enterprise and Corporate clients, Megan leads a team of talented Client Success Managers who work hand-in-hand with their clients to help them reach their unique business goals through best practice, support and strategy.
Alexandra Powell
Alexandra Powell, Director of Client Cultural Insights, not only knows American Sign Language, but uses it to secretly communicate with her husband and kids at parties. Alex is a highly experienced employee engagement consultant, trainer and speaker. For over 20 years she has helped HR and business leaders implement strategies that drive true culture change.
Robert Hicks
Robert is the Group HR Director at Reward Gateway. While running is his top way to unwind, he also loves going to gigs, watching football and cricket, and is known to enjoy the odd ski weekend.
Megan Watts
Megan is one of our Employee Engagement Consultants. Her passion for people means she is always ready for a good chat, learning and sharing with HR Leaders from around the world. Outside of RG she is well known to be flexing her wine knowledge and searching for the next city to take an adventure in.
Joy Adan
Joy spearheads RG's research about employee experience and engagement, and as our resident presenter, loves to inspire and challenge people to think critically about how to improve the way we work together. Joy’s passion for creative and inclusive storytelling, combined with experience in change management and corporate communications has allowed her to partner with global organisations to improve connection, culture and community in the world of work for over 15 years.
