Last month, the Reward Gateway team and I were thrilled to bring more than 400 attendees an experience that was bigger than anything I've been a part of since being at RG, delivered through The Engagement Excellence Summit. And having been here for over eight years, ticking off an event of this size was – no pun intended – my very own summit.
While we've already reminisced about the day through photos and our highlight video, it wasn't enough. There were 100+ people on the waitlist and we wanted to make sure they felt as much a part of the day as everyone else and that those who attended got to catch up on any of the sessions they weren't able to join in-person.
