Presenter: Chase Sterling, MA, CWP, Wellbeing Think Tank
Chase Sterling, MA, CWP, is a workplace wellbeing expert and the Founder of Wellbeing Think Tank, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing free educational resources for individual and organizational wellbeing. She also works as Principal Consultant at HHP Cultures, where she collaborates with organizations to drive positive change. With over 20 years of experience, she is passionate about building thriving workplaces through evidence-based strategies.
Her background includes roles at Cigna, Google, and Wounded Warrior Project, and her research has been featured in The American Journal of Health Promotion and the Harvard Flourishing at Work program.
Chase has presented internationally on best practices in workplace wellbeing and holds an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a BS in Exercise Science and Health Psychology, and numerous industry certifications. She is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, and resides in Portland, Oregon.
