Alex Powell is a highly experienced employee engagement consultant, trainer and speaker. For over 20 years she has helped HR and business leaders implement strategies that drive true culture change. Her wealth of knowledge comes from coaching and training thousands of managers from a wide range of industries across the globe.
Michelle Kujawa, Learning & Performance Consultant and AUKUS CSR Manager
Michelle is a Learning and Performance Consultant and has over 20 years’ experience developing Commercial teams and supporting drive a high-performance culture. Her passion for DE&I and Sustainability topics led to her moving into a hybrid role in 2020 and joining the Global CSR Team at Edenred as a regional CSR Manager. She has worked across Northern Europe and more recently within the Reward Gateway|Edenred AUKUS zone supporting each Country in driving their CSR strategy and goals. Earlier this year Michelle had her first children’s book published “The Beast in the Bin” a fun but educational story for young children on the importance of recycling. She is motivated and passionate about raising awareness on Sustainability and CSR across all generations.
