Reward Gateway, a global employee engagement company, has added Open API capabilities for its Employee Engagement Platform. This expands the ability for clients and other third-party HRIS systems to connect to Reward Gateway’s platform in order to support the development of new applications and to automate HR processes.
The new Open API increases opportunities for clients to interact with their employee engagement data in innovative ways and provide employees with a single platform for all their employee engagement needs. A number of HR technology providers already use the Open API to connect their systems to the Reward Gateway platform to automate and improve employee onboarding journeys, and to link Reward Gateway employee alerts to other systems so that no critical information is missed.
According to Reward Gateway COO, Rob Boland: “We are releasing our new Open API so that we can tap into the ingenuity of software developers around the globe to help create the next generation of meaningful employee engagement applications. This API is part of our strategy to make Reward Gateway intelligence easily accessible and to accelerate innovation within our industry.”
Developers that are interested in utilizing the new Reward Gateway Open API can access the documentation here.
