We’re sorry to hear that Low Cost Holidays Group went into administration and ceased trading on the 15th July 2016. As a result, the Low Cost Holidays offer has been removed from all client programmes and will no longer feature in any emails to members.
We will be honouring all confirmed and pending Low Cost Holidays Cashback claims made via our discounts platform. We know it’s a small gesture, but we don’t want anyone to be worrying about that aspect.
MoneySavingExpert has written an informative blog post with more information on this incident including details of your rights and how members may be able to claim the money for their holiday back from their credit card company.
We realise this is a distressing situation for anyone who has a booking with Low Cost Holidays and will continue to work hard to help. Our thoughts are also with the 120 employees of Low Cost Holidays who have lost their jobs.
