The challenge

The challenges the business was facing centered around increasing employee discounts uptake, increasing employee engagement and improving awareness of offerings with effective communication. When The Hyde Group's existing perks platforms became less engaging and uptake became static, it was clear to Reward Advisor, Laurie Davis, that it was time to implement a new solution.

The approach

The Hyde Group partnered with Reward Gateway to put a new, on-brand discounts platform in place. With employee engagement data in mind, they created a new employee engagement hub, encompassing new employee discounts.

Over the past 10 years of working together to continue engaging their workforce with customized offerings, The Hyde Group has continued to increase engagement and innovative with Reward Gateway. 

What stands out to us is the fact that we've worked with Reward Gateway for about 10 years now. 

The results

The Hyde Group continues to evolve its site and put in place new programs with Reward Gateway. The dedicated employee platform called "iSave" is accessible anytime, anywhere to all their employees. Since implementing the program, they've seen a 14% increase in engagement for the flexible discounts platform.

Employees use the platform on a regular basis to get retail and technology discounts, while improving employee communications and engagement. Since working with Reward Gateway and introducing new discounts, Hyde Group now has a 74% staff satisfaction with HR initiatives.
