#SHRM19 Day 3: What is HR's top engagement priority for the rest of 2019?

What are your employee engagement goals? To close out #SHRM19, we  asked HR professionals to vote on their top engagement priority. Most people put their poker chips (when in Vegas, right?) in the jar labeled "all of these," demonstrating that improving employee engagement across the board is a real priority.

The top two individual jars with the most poker chips were "aligning mission and values" and "attracting and retaining talent." And it's our goal here at Reward Gateway to make the world a better place to work, including your organization, all with the help of our strategic recognition and engagement tools.
