Chat templates for easy messaging

Let’s face it: We’re all busy, and sometimes drafting the perfect message can take longer than we’d like. That’s where our new chat templates come into play. These preset prompts allow admins to send messages quickly and efficiently. Imagine being able to communicate important information with just a click! Whether you’re sharing updates or reminders, these templates ensure that your messaging is not only timely, but also hassle-free. It’s all about saving time and maintaining a steady flow of communication within your team.

Send out official or important messages from an official organization account!

Organization-level messaging

Branding matters, especially in communication. Admins can now upload their organization’s logo to the Admin profile. This means messages will come straight from your organization, adding a layer of professionalism and authenticity. It’s a simple touch, but it reinforces your brand identity and ensures that your team knows they’re receiving information from a trusted source.

Message pinning for increased visibility

Pin messages to the chat to ensure important messages never get lost.It’s easy for critical information to get lost in the shuffle of a busy chat. To tackle this issue, we’ve introduced Message Pinning.

Now, important updates, challenge rules and key information can be pinned and highlighted in the chat. This ensures that essential messages are always front and center, making it easier for team members to stay informed.

Streamlined image management

Managing shared images can sometimes feel like a daunting task, especially when you need to sift through countless messages to find what you’re looking for. With our new dedicated page for image management, admins can easily view and download images shared within the chat.

This functionality not only simplifies the process but also allows for seamless integration of visuals into marketing materials and internal communications. Whether you’re creating presentations or sharing updates, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips.
