Our second virtual Engagement Excellence Live was a success! As we enter the holiday season, we’re feeling especially grateful to our outstanding presenters and our hard-working staff for making this an event to remember.

During Alex Powell’s session, she talked about tips to improve motivation and productivity, providing attendees with real-life examples and takeaways to help boost employees' sense of belonging, contribution and connection during challenging times.

Next, Lois Mills, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Otterbein SeniorLife had a Q&A session with Client Success Manager, Linda Piontek. During the session, the two talked about how Otterbein uses engagement analytics to improve employee performance and motivation with specific examples.

We had individual breakout sessions with three of our clients: DataBank, automotiveMastermind and Great Lakes Medical Imaging. During each of the sessions, these HR and People leaders discussed how to improve company culture with recognition, communications and measurement tools.

Our final session of the day was a Q&A with Beth Chandler, President and CEO of YW Boston and Erin DiVincenzo, Head of Solutions Marketing at RG. They discussed how to increase Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace, where to get started on your journey and tips for involving leaders and managers in the process.
