Joy Adan
Joy spearheads RG's research about employee experience and engagement, and as our resident presenter, loves to inspire and challenge people to think critically about how to improve the way we work together. Joy’s passion for creative and inclusive storytelling, combined with experience in change management and corporate communications has allowed her to partner with global organisations to improve connection, culture and community in the world of work for over 15 years.
Eberto Lopez
Eberto Lopez is an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Reward Gateway based in Melbourne. When he isn't working hard delighting his clients, he's spending his time playing soccer, learning TikTok dances and memorising all the lyrics to Disney Princess songs so he can perform concerts at home with his daughter.
Linda Piontek
Linda Piontek is a Client Success Manager at Reward Gateway. When she's not helping clients make their companies better places to work, she enjoys playing the piano and cooking healthy food.

As Head of Global Engagement and Internal Communications, Catrin's main focus is to make Reward Gateway a better place to work. Using the Engagement Bridge™ model, she drives our mission, purpose and values while adding sparkle and creativity to our internal communications.
Kylie Terrell
Kylie Terrell is our Australia Director of Consultancy and is RG’s resident advocate for employee recognition. She loves creating “wow” moments and looking for creative ways to make her coworkers and clients feel special.
Leah Ben-Ami
Leah Ben-Ami is the Director of Learning at C Space. She graduated from the Doctor of Education program at Northeastern University in March 2019 and her experience over the past 12 years has primarily focused on higher education and non-profit organizations. At C Space, she oversees learning and development, sits on the Americas Leadership Team and is part of C Space’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board.
Kylie Green
As Reward Gateway's Managing Director, APAC, Kylie Green is responsible for the Australia and New Zealand markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams. She is passionate about working with organisations to better connect and engage with their people. With 20 years experience in partnering with companies on their engagement strategies, she helps strengthen the connection between Reward Gateway’s teams and how they solve local market challenges.
Glenn Willshire
Glenn is one of our Client Success Managers. When he's not engaging clients on their programme strategy, he focusses on broadening his range of accents to entertain Elliott, his son. Elliott's favourite: Action hero, Steven Seagull!
Kaitlin Howes
Kaitlin Howes is an HR Business Partner at Reward Gateway. Kaitlin loves the dynamic nature of her job and that she gets to wear many hats, but is especially happy when creating a welcoming, fun and supportive experience for RGers. When she isn’t wearing her RG hat, you can find her repelling her sticky-fingered toddler from grabbing her laptop or chasing sunshine that provides the perfect setting for a picnic.
Robert Hicks
Robert is the Group HR Director at Reward Gateway. While running is his top way to unwind, he also loves going to gigs, watching football and cricket, and is known to enjoy the odd ski weekend.
Kristen Peters
Kristen is the Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist at Reward Gateway and is responsible for keeping employee communications at RG humming. When she’s not working on communications plans for new benefits or RG employee events, you can usually find her snuggling with her corgi pug, Carly.
Meghan Barrett
Meghan Barrett is a Content Marketing Manager at Reward Gateway. Outside of writing about employee engagement, she spends her time capturing sunsets with her camera, making a mess in the kitchen and relaxing in local cafes while eating chocolate croissants.
