Last Friday was our annual Christmas party, but there was extra cheer in the air (in addition to the champagne toasts!) as we had a special announcement as well: A new award.
I want to congratulate our team for their recent win as a Top Service Provider by “HRD Magazine.”
We’re so pleased to have been named among others in the inaugural awards. Since it’s new to us, and likely new to you, I wanted to give you a little background:
This new set of awards is designed to “uncover the HR industry’s most valued business partners of 2017.” The winners are chosen based on a panel of independent HR leaders acting as judges.
We’re proud to share that we were awarded gold for Reward and Recognition.
HRD Magazine is Australia’s most widely read publication in the local Human Resources industry. The entries were subject to a rigorous judging process by a panel of HR directors from some of Australia’s most successful organisations, including Australia Post, oOh Media and Lindt & Sprüngli.
When asked about what set us apart, one judge stated Reward Gateway has a “comprehensive reward offering that creates an exceptional employee experience” and that “the ability to theme and tailor rewards is a great bonus for employers.”

My colleague Kylie Green, the Australian Director of Consultancy said she would like to thank “all our amazing clients, who we partner with to bring their values off of the wall and to make them part of their company culture and DNA.” Some other key points that make me proud to bring our solution to the hundreds of clients we’ve served:
-
In the past year our Reward and Recognition solutions have seen our clients’ employees issue over 170,000 monetary awards
-
Continuing their peer-to-peer employee recognition journey, our clients’ employees have sent more than 230,000 recognition eCards.
-
Across 1,700 clients we have been a part of 400,000 moments of recognition around the globe.
In the spirit of recognition, I’d of course like to recognise the Australian team, and the rest of our global colleagues for never losing focus of our mission: Let’s make the world a better place to work! Here are a few more parting words from Kylie:
HRD Magazine, summarised the panel’s reason for their choice of gold, saying,
Reward Gateway’s employee engagement platform makes recognition a central part of company culture, helping to continuously recognise employees in easy and practical ways. These include social recognition, peer-to-peer recognition in the form of eCards, instant manager awards, and customised milestone awards.
As the organisation’s Client Success Director, I’m always amazed at the hard work my team (and hundreds across the globe) put in to deliver world-class employee and client support.
We’re proud to have the industry’s best service levels with 24/7/364 support, one-on-one account management, and customer success teams. Clients receive dedicated resources that ensure our client goals match our own service level goals — we don’t rest until you get the highest level of adoption of your program.
